Regular working hours for the utility’s maintenance staff is 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Upon customer request, and subject to availability of maintenance staff, services may be performed outside regular working hours. The above rates do not include 3% school tax and 6% sales tax.
A penalty of 10% will be added to the bill if your payment is not received before the due date.
